Mediation can help with issues arising from separation, divorce, co-habitation, child contact, co-parenting agreements, child maintenance payments, financial and asset division.
Thank you for your patience and skill as a mediator. I felt I was in good hands throughout the process.
Reaching agreement was largely due to your professionalism guidance and patience and i am very grateful for all your help.
I thought that the mediation was very well run and i found it informative and productive and overall very pleasant which was certainly not what i was expecting at all.
We met with our former daughter-in-law and our granddaughter today for the first time in over 18 months. So so pleased we pursued this - thank you so much for all your help - absolutely brilliant.
Mediation provides a safe neutral environment to enable you both to discuss your issues - whether child related, financial or both - and to find possible solutions that will benefit your whole family for a fraction of the cost, time and stress of a Court process.
As an Accredited Family Mediator I am authorised by the Family Mediation Council to provide MIAM certification for Family Court proceedings and to conduct financial dispute mediation and child inclusive mediation (including offering direct consultation with children and young people within the mediation process where appropriate).
I was called to the Bar in 1990 and practiced as a criminal barrister for several years. My decision to become a Family Mediator in 2008 reflected my interest in the family law process and in helping families to avoid an expensive stressful Court process wherever possible. I offer pragmatic, solution focused mediation and I aim to provide both parties with the ability to understand the process so that they can make informed decisions for themselves.

After 3 sessions with Susan we became much clearer headed as to what financial settlement was both fair, realistic and achievable by virtue of Susan's professional expertise and understanding of the whole complicated scenario. The clarity attained from these meetings enabled favourable resolution without recourse to expensive court proceedings.
